21 Days Prayer & Fasting "Alive in Calling"Muestra

IMMANUEL, I AM WITH YOU
We often think God’s goodness depends on our goodness and assume that His love equals a good life. As a result, when troubles come, we become doubtful and question God, “Why?” Jesus said that in this world, we will face troubles. This is the consequence of sin. Our weaknesses and troubles remind us that we are helpless.
But we have hope. Jesus, the perfect Son of God, suffered and died for us. He didn’t have to, but He chose to. He faced loneliness, rejection, humiliation, and even experienced great anguish in the garden of Gethsemane, that his sweat was like drops of blood. In His life, He was never separated from His Father until that one time on the cross. He became our great High Priest, giving us access to the Father.
Let us believe that God is sovereign over everything; nothing surprises God. Come to the Father, pour out our hearts to Him, and admit that we need help. Our life may not get better, but He will strengthen us. Jesus never promised a perfect life in this world. But He promised to be with us, always. “It’s okay not to be okay, My child. I am with you.” Immanuel.
PRAYER
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your sacrifice that through your Son, Jesus Christ, now we can come to You. Living in this world is not always easy, but in our troubles, we find hope in You. Whatever season we are in, help us know that You are always with us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
