Value of Kindness

A kindhearted woman gains honor, but ruthless men only gain wealth. -Proverbs 11:16 (NIV)

Kill them with kindness! A phrase I have heard all too often but, is this something we usually put into practice? Kindness is not just another attribute but rather a trait that is valued day by day. But, beyond loving it, you should also implement it.

How often is your kindness spoken of? Being kind shows how much value you have in your love for God. When your love for God is true, you'll treat people with respect and kindness? Why? Because to love God is also to love His people. Kindness is a responsibility we must not forsake. It's a vital tool for operating in the ways of God. 

Be kind to others just as you expect others to be kind to you. When you practice kindness diligently, watch how much value and honor is added to your life.

Prayer: 

Father, I thank you for gracing me with the gift of kindness. A kindness that we cannot buy, and compassion that only you can give. Please show me how to express my heart to others so much so that it becomes contagious. Father, I thank you for your love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
