A TRANSFORMED MIND
In most Nigerian Universities, when 100 level students realise they have completed their second semester examination, they start referring to themselves as 200 level students even before results are out or before they are officially registered for the next level. It is because they are done with everything in that first level and have moved to the next level, first in their minds, before its manifestation. They have moved beyond their past! Before you can experience soaring in the physical, transformation should first occur in your mind. Understand what is past and see yourself in the present level God wants you to operate.
There is a level God wishes you to operate in but you have become too used to a particular level, and your mind cannot seem to comprehend the new level. There is a promised land in view. You shouldn't be operating in the physical. It's not about what the society is saying. It's not about what the situations around you are saying. It's not about the reality of what is on ground for you. It's about what God is saying. It's about what His Word affirms about you. It's about the reality of God's promises for you.
You need to start "forgetting those things which are behind". They can never be behind you if you do not deliberately forget them. Those sins you committed long before you met Christ shouldn't be haunting you anymore. It's time to forget and live in your new reality as a blood-washed child of God; cleansed and purified. Those hurts you confessed to have forgiven shouldn't be piercing your heart anymore. It's time to forget. Move forward to obtain a higher level of operation in Christ. Those hurts will only slow you down. Those weaknesses, inadequacies, diseases, sicknesses that you have surrendered at the feet of the cross should no longer disturb you. It's time to command them to hear the Word of the Lord and depart from you forever. Focus on God and never on them. You signed the deal with God. That's where your business lies.
