God created everything we see by His Word, and even today, everything obeys what He says. Every star, molecule, and every detail of creation remains firm because His Word sustains them. This means that the same word that created the universe has the power to sustain your life and every situation you face. There’s no chaos that He cannot order nor void that He cannot fill with His Word. Today, take time to reflect on the power of His Word over your life and remember that if God could order the universe with His voice, He can order any area of your life that needs His intervention. Rest in the assurance that His Word is still alive and working on your behalf.
Prayer:
Lord, I thank You that Your Word sustains my life and everything around me. Today I choose to trust that Your Word has the power to bring order, peace, and direction to every area of my life. Help me to rest in You and remember that if You sustain the universe, You can also sustain me in every situation. Amen.
