College & Christ: A 30-Day Devotional for College GirlsSample

Peace in the Pressure
In today's Scripture, Jesus is speaking to His disciples the night before His death. They were anxious, confused, and afraid of what was coming. Instead of offering them worldly comfort, He promised them His peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding.
On campus, pressure comes from all sides! Pressure to get great grades, scholarships, internships, friendships, and many other things. The world’s version of peace says, “If you work harder, you’ll feel better,” or “If you distract yourself, you’ll forget all about it.” But that peace doesn’t last. Jesus offers something better... a peace even when circumstances are still messy.
Think about this...
What false sources of peace do you tend to lean on? How can you invite Jesus’ peace into a stressful situation this week?

About this Plan

As a mom, youth leader, and someone who has worked with teen girls for over 14 years, I know this season can feel both exciting and overwhelming. My prayer is that in these 30 days, you’ll be reminded that God is with you in every lecture hall, dorm room, late-night study session, and moment of doubt. You are loved, chosen, and equipped to shine.
