Simple Notes on Everyday FaithSample

Not Taking Your Gifts to Your Grave
The cemetery is one of the richest places on earth. Have you heard this before?
Buried beneath the ground are books never written, songs never sung, inventions never created, and dreams never lived.
And the tragedy is that fear, procrastination, or doubt kept those gifts locked away.
I remember a season when I had an idea for a project but convinced myself it wasn’t the right time. There was a book I had written that someone told me to put on the shelf.
Months passed, and then someone else launched something strikingly similar—and I realized I’d buried my gift in hesitation.
That moment taught me that unused gifts don’t just fade—they get reassigned.
Just like the servant in Jesus’ parable who hid his talent in the ground instead of multiplying it.
God didn’t give you gifts to hoard—He gave them so the world could be blessed through you.
So don’t wait. Start writing, singing, building, or leading with what He’s already put in your hands.
The only thing worse than failing is leaving this earth full of unused potential.
