The conquest of Jericho, Israel’s first major campaign in Canaan, highlights this truth. God’s strategy defied military logic: silent marches for six days, a final circuit on the seventh, and a trumpet blast. The city’s walls fell not by human effort but by divine power—proof that faith in God's promises produces supernatural outcomes.

Joshua is remembered not only for victory but for faith and obedience. His journey with God spanned monumental moments in biblical history—first at Moses’ side during the Exodus, then as the one who finally led Israel into the Promised Land, fulfilling a 600-year-old promise to Abraham and Sarah. In every season, Joshua displayed strength and courage rooted in God’s faithfulness.

His faith wasn’t hidden. In Joshua 8, he built an altar in full view of the people, modeling worshipful obedience. Unlike today’s often-private expressions of belief, Joshua’s leadership made faith visible. As one of the 12 spies, he and Caleb stood out for believing that God would give them the land; for that, they were spared the judgment their generation faced in the wilderness.

Time and again, God answered Joshua’s bold prayers, displaying His unmatched power. While Joshua’s faith shines, God remains the true hero of the story—faithful, powerful, and present. Even in moments of failure, Joshua experienced the grace of God, a reminder that even the strongest leaders need mercy.

In his final days, Joshua gathered Israel’s leaders to testify to God’s goodness and urge them to remain faithful. His unwavering trust shaped not just his own life, but it left a legacy for generations. He didn’t just believe God—he lived like it. And that consistent faith continues to inspire.
