10 Qualities of Influential ChristiansSample

Day 11 – Commissioning: Living Out the 10 Qualities
Devotional:
These ten qualities are not a checklist to master—they’re a lifelong journey of transformation. As you grow in Christlike character, contemplation, calling, contextual wisdom, contentment, competence, clarity, consistency, communication, and confession, your influence will deepen.
Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:14-16 remind us that we are the light of the world, called to shine so that others may see and glorify our Father in heaven. This is your commissioning: to step into your circles of influence—home, work, church, community—and live out these qualities with courage and humility. The world is watching, and more importantly, God is with you. Go and lead in His strength.
Scripture: Matthew 5:16 – “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Discussion Question:
Which of the ten qualities do you most need to grow in right now, and what will you do this week to take a step forward?
Prayer:
Father, thank You for the calling to be an influencer for Your Kingdom. Strengthen me to walk in these ten qualities. Make my life a light that points people to Jesus. Use me wherever You place me, and let everything I do bring glory to Your name. Amen.
