It Ends With MeSample

Freedom at the Cross
The greatest declaration of “It ends with me” was spoken by Jesus on the cross: “It is finished.” With those words, the power of sin and death was defeated forever. What kept us enslaved came to an end. We no longer live under guilt and condemnation: the cross marked the beginning of our freedom.
The sacrifice of Jesus was enough, once and for all. The veil that separated us from God was torn, opening a direct way into His presence. We don’t live trying to earn His favor; we are accepted by grace.
The cross also defeated the fear of death and secured eternal life for us. That victory is our inheritance. Today we can live in the freedom Jesus bought with His blood, enjoying abundant life and victory over everything that oppresses us.
Reflection:
- From what guilt or condemnation do I need to be free today?
- How can I live confident in the direct access to God that Jesus gave me?
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the freedom Jesus won for me at the cross. Help me live without guilt, knowing that in You I find love and peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
