What Happens in the End?Sample

The Second Coming of Jesus
Jesus will return, bodily, visibly, and unmistakably. This is not symbolic or metaphorical. Scripture affirms that the same Jesus who ascended to heaven will come again in the same way. For believers, this is our great hope. For those who’ve rejected Him, it will be a moment of mourning and regret.
No one knows the exact time of His return. Not the angels or anyone on earth. Only the Father knows. And that’s by design. If we knew when He would return, we might live carelessly or delay our obedience. But since His return is imminent, we are called to live with readiness and anticipation.
Jesus will come suddenly, like a thief in the night. It will catch many off guard, just like the flood did in the days of Noah. We may be going about daily life when the King returns. Will we be distracted or devoted? That’s the question.
Let His return motivate you to live with urgency, love boldly, and share the hope of the gospel. Not out of fear, but with joy and gratitude that we get to be part of His kingdom.
Respond to God's Word: Take time today to reflect: If Jesus returned today, what would He find you doing? Adjust one part of your daily rhythm to reflect that you’re living in expectation of His return.
