Leviticus: Living in God's Holy Presence | Video DevotionalSample

Refresh Your Heart
Now that you've read through the book of Leviticus, we invite you to re-watch the overview video from Day 1. Re-watching this video with a fresh set of eyes will remind you of everything you've learned as you revisit the overarching theme of the book of Leviticus: Living in God's Holy Presence.
Reflect
Next, reflect as you re-read Leviticus 16:1-10; 20-22. Ask God to send his Holy Spirit to help you understand the central theme of Leviticus - how a holy God makes a home among unholy people. God's desire and provision to dwell with his people through atonement is ultimately fulfilled in Jesus—the high priest and scapegoat—who entered God’s presence with his own blood and carried our sins away forever.
What's Next?
As believers in Jesus, we are called to become more like Jesus. This happens as we see him in God's Word (2 Corinthians 3:18). So, we invite you to keep looking for Jesus on every page of the Bible.
If you'd like to continue studying books of the Torah, check out our reading plan on Numbers. Or, study one of our other reading plans available on YouVersion. Just search for “Spoken Gospel” in the reading plans section.
Our prayer is that God will continue to transform you and that you will become more like Jesus as you see him on every page of the Bible.
