Heart for the House Sample

"Daughter," He said to her, "your faith has made you well. Go in peace." — Luke 8:48 (NLT)
In Luke 8, we meet a woman who had suffered for twelve long years. She was desperate, but she also believed that just touching the edge of Jesus' robe would be enough to heal her. That kind of faith is both inspiring and challenging.
I remember a season when I felt stuck—emotionally and spiritually. I tried to fix things on my own, but it wasn't until I vulnerably reached out to Jesus that I found true peace and restoration. This woman’s story reminds us that no matter how long we've been struggling, Jesus welcomes us to come close to Him in faith. His touch still brings healing and peace today.
Today, bring your burdens, worries, or hurts to Jesus in prayer. Be specific and bold, trusting that even a small step of faith can make a difference. Write down one area where you need to trust Him more deeply.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You that I can come to You with my needs, no matter how big or small. Grow my faith and help me trust that You see me, love me, and can bring healing in every area of my life. I choose to reach out to You today. Amen.

About this Plan

David was able to set the stage for Solomon to build the temple by providing the victories for Solomon to have peace in the land, provision, and a launch pad for the new season to come. There are lessons in this for us today! For our future generations to see victory, it will take us fighting the battles now, and generously supporting God's plans to come! Join us through 2 Samuel and 1 Chronicles and be inspired by how you can be setting the next generation up for victory.
