“Let all that you do be done in love.” – 1 Corinthians 16:14 (ESV)

Devotional:
The way you love is the loudest message you’ll preach. Whether you're parenting, leading, serving, or mentoring, love must be the foundation. People might forget your advice, but they’ll remember how you made them feel.

Jesus led with compassion. He lifted people, listened deeply, and loved unconditionally. That’s what leadership looks like in the Kingdom.

Is your leadership or influence rooted in love—or performance?
