Day 3: Breaking Free

Today I want to reveal the enemy’s two final tactics that reveal his endgame:

1. Undermine the importance of planning
2. Instill a sense of entitlement

I believe his goal is to keep us living reactive, entitled lives where we never pause to consider God's purposes for our money.

But while the enemy wants to discourage planning, God actually encourages it - just with a different focus.

The enemy says, "Don't plan at all."

God says, "Plan, but hold those plans loosely, keeping Me first."

And this is where many Christians get stuck because they either avoid planning altogether (thinking it shows a lack of faith) or plan obsessively (showing a lack of trust).

God's way threads the needle between these extremes.

He invites us to be wise stewards who plan carefully while remaining flexible to His leading.

To live generously while also being prudent.

To save for the future while trusting Him in the present.

The key to breaking free from the enemy's financial traps isn't trying harder - it's trusting deeper.

It's seeking God's Kingdom first and letting everything else fall into place.

When we do this, something amazing happens: money becomes a tool for Kingdom impact rather than a source of stress and bondage.

Let's pray: Father, help me find the balance between wise planning and complete trust in You. Show me how to use money as a tool for Your Kingdom while staying free from its grip on my heart. Thank You that You are greater than any scheme of the enemy.
