Lent | Week 3: Living Out What Jesus TaughtSample

The Power of Faith and Prayer
Have you ever prayed for something and felt like nothing was happening? The disciples faced that kind of moment when they couldn’t heal a boy. But Jesus pointed them back to the power of faith and prayer.
Prayer isn’t just about asking for things. It's about connecting with God and aligning our hearts with his. It also helps remind us that he’s at work even when we don’t see the full effect yet.
Is there something you’ve been praying about that feels unanswered? Instead of focusing on what hasn’t happened yet, lean into faith. Trust that God hears you and remember that he's always moving.
Pray: God, even when I don’t see answers right away, help me trust that you’re working. Strengthen my faith and align my heart with yours as I wait on you.

About this Plan

In the third week of Lent, we’ll explore what it means to put Jesus’ words into action, from loving our enemies to forgiving freely and living with compassion. Following him isn’t just about what we believe - it’s about how we love, how we serve, and how we treat others every day. 📖 This is part 3 of a 6-week Bible Reading Plan series! Be sure to catch up with Week 1 and Week 2!
