Questions to consider:
- In Luke 22:45, after Jesus’ prayer He finds the disciples asleep and exhausted from their grief. Why were they grieved?
- How does knowing Jesus felt grief and sorrow make you feel? How does it help you when you feel the same emotions?
- Jesus and His disciples weren’t alone in what they were feeling, they had each other. Who is someone you can reach out to today to talk about what you’re feeling?
- Pray.
