The New Heaven and the New Earth
At the end of Revelation, we see a glorious promise—God creates a new Heaven and a new Earth. The pain, sorrow, and sin of this world will be gone, replaced with eternal joy in the presence of God.
The New Jerusalem, our eternal home, is described as breathtakingly beautiful, with streets of gold and God's presence filling every corner. There will be no need for a temple, for God Himself will dwell among His people.
For believers, this is our future—a perfect, restored creation where we will reign with Christ forever. This hope should encourage us to live purposefully today, knowing that eternity with God is our ultimate reward.
