A Year in Luke/ActsSample

If the world is the Lord’s and everything in it, we can expect to see the Spirit’s work in creation and human culture. We can see from Acts 17 that Paul understood this. There is a “voice” in creation that tells us of who God is.
We do not have a message which is against creation and culture, but brings more beauty and purpose out of them. Like Paul, we can have wisdom and confidence when we interact with those who do not understand or are even skeptical of our message.
When we stand before culture with our message, the last verse of this Psalm can become our prayer:
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”
