God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 2)Sample

Hebrews (1) – Day 5
If you ask a Christian if they believe God keeps His Promises, they will surely say yes, yet many believers live in fear they haven’t been forgiven or they won’t receive Eternal Life. It’s far too easy to read the Promises of Scripture and feel hollow inside or wonder if they’ll truly come to pass.
We must remember that God is Faithful to keep every Promise. The author of Hebrews reminds us of God’s Covenant with Abraham. To show the certainty of His Promise, God made an oath under His own Name, as there’s no One greater than Him. God’s Promise to grow Abraham’s family into a Mighty Nation was fulfilled and is continually being fulfilled by all who follow Jesus. Those in Christ are called the “spiritual children” of Abraham and Sarah.
Today, take a moment to meditate on the Promises of God and thank Him for His Faithfulness.
