Evangelism: Why Do I Need It?Sample

Fulfill the Great Commission
One of the fundamental reasons to share the gospel is to fulfil the Great Commission set by Jesus. Each of the four gospels concludes with, and the "Acts of the Apostles" commences with, Christ’s directive, commonly known as the Great Commission of the Son of God.
The core of this Great Commission is the calling to spread the joyous news worldwide: through faith in the Son of God, Jesus Christ, and His death and resurrection, anyone can be saved from all sin and curse, reconcile with God, and gain eternal life in His kingdom. This act of preaching, or evangelism, is what Jesus envisioned as our missionary duty. As believers, we're urged to heed this directive and disseminate the message of salvation.
Are you keen to share your faith? Have you engaged in evangelism? Take a moment now to pray, and ask the Lord to instill in you the eagerness and understanding needed to fulfill this command.
