This discernment stems from a profound understanding that, despite the apparent goodness surrounding us, we dwell in a realm far removed from the divine perfection we yearn for. This perception shifts our gaze from the temporary to the eternal, from the earthly to the heavenly. It instills in us a holy restlessness, a spiritual nomadism that refuses to plant deep roots in shifting sands. We are reminded that our ultimate citizenship lies not here, but in the Kingdom of Heaven, where righteousness reigns and sin is no more. This awareness fuels our journey, ensuring we never become complacent or overly attached to the fleeting pleasures of this life.
