DAY 3 OF 7

# Are you "with God”? [IMAGE CONTENT] "Whoa, my calendar is so full, how am I even going to pack this month?" Honestly, that's how I felt looking at September. It was a month when I had a lot of gigs, which is something to be thankful for at the moment, but in addition, I had to finish my next book and move house.... And then there is this wonderful project, "A Miracle Every Day," which encourages so many people daily. But these projects and gigs are only effective when I have time to "be with God" in peace and quiet, to experience what He wants to say through me. To be with God . Funny, "being with God" is a statement we use in the Christian setting, but do we really understand what it means? "Being with God" means that we have the opportunity(!) to be near Him, at His ear, at His heart! Wow. So why shouldn't we take that time? Do you really need more time in order to spend time with God? What if God gives you time for everything else while you spend time with Him? I am convinced that He does, because if you ask Him, He will open your eyes to what is really important and what is not. What you should definitely do and what you shouldn't. Some "to-dos" will clarify themselves (you know He accomplishes amazing things in the background) and for other things that have stressed you before, He will give you a lightness. Yes, THAT’S HOW GOD IS. That's why it's so important to stop and "be with God" before you get lost in the stress. I want to live just like that, because I know He can give me what I lack. “ Surely everyone goes around like a mere phantom; in vain they rush about, heaping up wealth without knowing whose it will finally be… ‘But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in you.’” (Psalm 39:6-7 NIV) God wants to bless you as you meet Him! Don't run past this empowering opportunity. Spend time with Him today. You are a miracle! Déborah

Important Reminders

The buzz of the alarm means "wake up." The beeping of the fire alarm means "pay attention." These reminders are in our lives, but sometimes we ignore them. God also sends us reminders. Are you willing to listen?
