Nothing Is ImpossibleSample

Faith wrests the impossible into the world of possibility. Faith grips divine promises of the age to come and brings them into the now. Sarah was a woman, who by any earthly standards should not be able to conceive, yet she ‘received power’ to have a baby. Is there anything impossible with God? Is there anything too much for Him? I find it so interesting that a woman who laughed at the promise of God still makes the ‘Hall of Faith’ in Hebrews 11. She was praised as being someone of great faith yet we see her at her lowest when she didn’t believe God at His word. There are times in our lives when we don’t see how the things we are believing for could come to pass - but our faith is never in the “thing”. There are times when we don’t see when the season of suffering will pass, but our faith isn’t in the season either. The impossible becomes possible when, like Sarah, we ‘consider that the one who had promised is faithful’. The greatness of our faith is not in how much we believe something will come to pass, but how much we believe our God is faithful. God is faithful to you, He has great things for you. He will uphold you, sustain you and empower you. Nothing is impossible with God.
