Red Flags, Respect, & RelationshipsSample

At times, following God can feel like obeying a long list of rules. While we know that these things will make our lives and relationships better, it can feel overwhelming to try and live the way God wants us to live. That’s why Scripture is so helpful. It narrows down what God asks of us. It helps us know the way to live and love. It gives us guidance on how to choose what’s best for ourselves and others. When we focus on things like acting fairly, loving mercy or living with humility, we can trust that we’re following God’s plan for our lives and becoming the kind of people God wants us to be.
Write down this verse this week and underline what God is calling you to do in it. Then, ask for God’s help to focus on just one of those things this week.
