Peter and John Heal a Man Who Could Not Walk
Listen to "Peter and John Heal a Man Who Could Not Walk":
Reflect
Opportunities are all around us. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. Which worthwhile ministry do we give to? Who should we help? Peter and John were confronted with a special request while they were entering the temple to pray. Sometimes opportunities come at an inconvenient time. Our minds may be set on something else. Yet, the two men of God immediately offered what they had to this crippled beggar. “I don’t have any money; but, what I do have, I’ll give you.” And that was the gift of healing through faith in Jesus Christ — something immensely more beneficial than a few coins!
● Think of ways you can offer life-giving help to those around you.
● What about Jesus motivates you to offer help and hope to those you encounter?
