Day 7: Grateful Heart

Scripture: "Give thanks in all circumstances." (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

Reflection: Gratitude is a beautiful way to show love to Jesus. Think of three things you're thankful for today and thank Jesus for them.

Activity: Create a "Thank You" jar. Write down things you're thankful for on small pieces of paper and put them in the jar. Review them whenever you need a reminder of your blessings.

Action Point: Say "Thank you" to at least three people today to show your appreciation.

Prayer: "Dear Jesus, thank you for all the good things in my life. Help me have a grateful heart always. Amen."
