It’s easy to think we know more than we do. At some point, haven’t we all thought that we knew better than our teachers, parents, coaches, and sometimes, even God? Even though deep down we know we can’t handle it all on our own, we all want to try and handle things our own way. But the truth is we’ll never know enough to depend on our own understanding. We’ll always need help from someone who simply knows more than we know. And because God knows everything, we can trust God with anything.
Is there a part of your life that you’ve been trying to manage on your own? Share that with God in prayer, asking for help to guide you through it from now on.
