Finding Hope on the CaminoSample

Walking Sticks
Today's reading is short but to the point, so let's dive right in.
Look, every pilgrim needs a little extra help to keep walking, especially when you've traveled many kilometers. This is why walking sticks or poles are a popular companion item for hikers.
The Camino allows us to find human travel companions as well. Think of those new friends you've made along the Camino, those who have helped you when you were tired, those who have encouraged you when you wanted to quit, or kept you company during the journey.
The Bible says "woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!" Who are your walking sticks on the Camino of life? What would it look like for you to be a hiking stick for others?
However, we can't even begin to truly love people until we have first learned how to love our Creator. He's already told us how much he loves us because Isaiah 41:10 promises He will strengthen and uphold us. Allow today's Bible verses to reveal His love for you today so you can truly know Him.
About this Plan

If you are hiking the Camino de Santiago (the Way of St. James) in Europe, more than likely, you are on a spiritual journey--looking for answers. The five symbols of the Camino trail symbolize hope you can only find through Jesus.
