God Has Great Plans for Us Have you ever wondered why, sometimes, things don’t go the way you planned or decided? But did you know, that they are going exactly the way God has planned them for you? God has good and perfect plans for each of us. He made these plans long before we even came into this world. These plans are not of failure, poverty or sickness, but they are plans of joy, life and health. The Bible says, in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you”, says the Lord, “thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” God already has a beautiful future planned for you. He is so good and so are His plans for you. He never disappoints. He never fails. Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and like any good shepherd, He always leads His sheep to good pastures. Sometimes the devil is out to disrupt God’s plans, and destroy all the good things that God has in store for us. We need to hold on to God during these times, and know that He is fighting for us, and will restore everything that the enemy steals and destroys. God works all things for our own good. I believe that God has a perfect plan for my life. And I believe He has no less of a perfect plan for you as well. We need to walk with God, read His Word and trust in Him. Prayer Father, I believe that You created me for a special purpose, and that You have a perfect plan for my life. Help me to seek You daily through prayer and Your Word. I know that You will guide me along the best path for my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
