Maybe it’s a friend being kind, your favorite snack your parent got you, or even just a sunny day. While it won’t change your circumstances, shifting your focus toward the good can help with some of the anxiety or stress you’re feeling. Make a list this week of the positive things you have going on in your life. Use it to remind yourself of the good the next time you’re struggling through a tough day.
