Disciples know Jesus. We want to get to know Jesus better every day. When you choose to spend your time getting to know Jesus, you’ll get to know God’s great power, too! Did you know that all of the miracles and good works Jesus did when He was here on Earth were done by God’s great power–the power of the Holy Spirit? It’s true! That’s the same power that raised Jesus from the dead. And that same power lives inside of you when you choose to follow Jesus! The Holy Spirit will live inside of you to give you the power to live God’s way, to comfort you when things go wrong, and to let you know God is right there with you all the time. When you spend time getting to know Jesus, you’ll recognize the power of God’s Holy Spirit living and working inside of you. You’ll even recognize His power at work in others! Watch the video and play Stack Attack to help you memorize Philippians 3:10. Remember, the more you know Jesus, the more you’ll see His power working inside of you! Stack Attack 1. Get blocks, scissors, tape, paper, and a pencil. 2. Cut paper into small pieces. 3. Write one word from Philippians 3:10 on each piece of paper. 4. Tape one piece of paper onto each block. 5. Stack blocks on top of each other to show the words of Philippians 3:10 in order. Talk It Over: Can you think of a time when you saw God’s power at work in your life? If you can, talk about it.
