Prayer for Positive Thoughts

Heavenly Father,
You are a mind regulator. Your thoughts are not my thoughts, and Your ways are not my ways. I need You to help me focus on positive thinking instead of negative thoughts. Help me focus on the goodness of life. I need strength to resist looking at negative things on TV and on social media. Lead me to good things to read and watch. Expose me to what is right, admirable, and praiseworthy. Heal me from trauma that has come from negative experiences. Allow me to forgive those who have hurt me and be forgiven for what I have done wrong. Remove all condemnation, shame, and guilt. Help me monitor my words and speak of good things. Renew my mind so I can focus on things from above. In Jesus' name, Amen.
