Praying the Scripture Through LentSample

The Church
The church is entirely God’s idea for His people. The church must be a place where people learn about God and then practice what they learn with each other. The primary factor that glues the church together is the Peace of Christ. This enables us to walk, learn and love together.
Use these verses to worship and adore Him for who He is, what He’s done, and ask Him to help you live a life that pleases Him and brings Him glory. Read the scriptures as prayers of worship, thanksgiving, and supplication, believing that there is power in every declaration.
1 Corinthians 3:9 NLT
9 For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building.
Colossians 3:15 NLT
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.
Colossians 3:16 NLT
Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
