Bullying is always wrong. No one should make another person feel bad about who they are. Some reasons why kids bully might be: • They get bullied themselves, so they take it out on others. • They don’t understand what other kids are like. • They want others to think they’re tough or cool. How you deal with a bully can make a real difference. Here are some ideas. • Tell the bully to stop, and tell a teacher or your parents what’s going on – it’s their job to keep you safe. • Stay clear, as much as you can. See Proverbs 21.1-2. • Treat them well and defeat their nastiness with goodness. Read Romans 12.21 and talk and pray with someone you trust.
