You can find fulfillment in God Most people are overwhelmed by the cares and pressures of life. This is because most of us are inundated by news and social media that is negative, divisive and fills us with stress and anxiety. No other generation has had so much constant and instant access to negative and stressful information. It has never been more important to stay connected to God’s Word, and powerful faith content to help us move from the daily pressures of life to fulfillment in God. You can find incredible fulfillment in God, more than any source in the world. God wants to give you peace, hope and joy, no matter what is going on in your life. Jesus said the devil “comes to steal and kill and destroy, but I came to give life—life in all its fullness.” (John 10:10) Even after we’ve found fulfillment in God, the cares and pressures of life can still try to squeeze our joy over time if we aren’t careful and if we don’t stay connected to God. Jesus spoke about this in Matthew 13 when he said the seed of the gospel brings incredible joy, but the “cares of life, and deceitfulness of wealth” can choke it out of us. Did you see that? The incredible joy that Jesus brings in the gospel can get slowly choked out of us by the cares of the world if we are not careful.
