Reading: Luke, chapter 1 Devotional: The goodness and mercy God displayed in the past are not limited to those ancient times. God continues to manifest the same grace toward us. He speaks to us daily through the Scriptures, which is His powerful Word. The question is, how do we respond to His message? By unbelief, like Zechariah did, denying that what he heard could be true? Or by humbleness, like Mary, accepting what she heard? Do we seek, listen to, believe, and fulfill the Word of God? To think about: Do you truly believe all God says?
