Changed My Song God often gives our journey language in the form of a song. He takes the steps of strain, the paths of pain, the hills of happiness and the trails of triumph, and masterfully assigns to them lyrics and melody. The rhythmic beat of ordered steps are aligned measure by measure to lead us toward the destiny of being a new creature in Him. He orchestrates them in the depths of our souls to create a simple symphony to announce a new day and season. In His great love, He exchanges the dirge of sadness and gives us a NEW song to make life easier in the daily press. Our response is to sing to the Lord, with gladness, the hymn heralding His provided help. Rescued by the cadence of Calvary, we no longer abide in a strange land. We can now sing the Lord’s song. A new song in all the Earth.
