Devotional "Serve with your whole heart." God wants you to use your power! He created you to love the people around you, and He wants to help you do it.  It’s easy to become discouraged though.  It’s hard to love someone who you feel isn’t loving you back, but that’s exactly what God wants you to do.  He wants you to remember how He loves people. God loves us, even though we make mistakes every single day.  He forgives every bad thought, angry mood, and wrong choice.  He gives us His grace, no questions asked. [IMAGE CONTENT] We all have people in our life, and they all need love.  The truth is that some people are easier to love than others.  When you need to show love and kindness to someone, try to imagine that God is the one who needs it.  How would you do things differently, if He were the one standing in front of you? [IMAGE CONTENT] Activity: A Big Heart On a piece of paper, make two columns.  Think about the people you know (family, friends, classmates, teammates etc.).  In the first column, make a list of people you think are easy to love.  In other words, it wouldn’t be difficult to be kind to these people.  It would take a little bit of effort and a little heart. [IMAGE CONTENT] In the second column, make a list of people in your life who are a little harder to love.  Once you have some names written down, spend some time thinking and praying out loud with your mom or dad.  Ask God to change your heart for these people.  Ask God to make your heart bigger for the people in the second column.
