We Are SO Loved! For God SO loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 Can you think of someone who wouldn't hesitate to give their life for you? A dear loved one was probably the first to come to mind. Did you know someone loved you that much before you were even born? If you traded an item, I'm sure you would want an even exchange. You would not want something of lesser value. That's what God did when He gave Christ to die for us while we were yet sinners. He exchanged His beloved, sinless Son for the sinful. The real beauty of the story is that He knew our condition yet He was driven by His profound love for us. Our Father bridged the gap to bring us into fellowship with Him. God SO wanted us.
