HEAR // Have you ever heard of “cause and effect”? It means that everything we do has a reaction. Every choice we make has a consequence. When we have freedom it feels like the possibilities are endless. And they are. But freedom handled irresponsibly will take us somewhere—somewhere we may not want to be. Like Paul’s letter to the Corinthians tells us, while we may technically be able to do whatever we want, when we mishandle our freedom, it can lead to being a slave to something else. Every action has a reaction. Every choice creates a result. So, how are you treating your freedom? Is it leading to more freedom? Or making you a prisoner to something else?
