## You Choose It’s usually easy for us to make decisions. We choose what we will eat for breakfast, what clothes we will wear, and what games we will play. Adults and children make many decisions each and every day. Decision-making can be difficult, and with so many decisions a day, we can easily feel as though we’ve made at least one wrong decision. Fear, confusion, and doubt can set in. If your first choice was to spend time with God and ask Him to help you make good choices throughout your day, do you think it would make a difference? Sometimes you’ll have to make a choice without knowing whether it was good or bad. The best thing to do in those moments of uncertainty is to ask God for help and wait. The Bible says God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, doubt, or confusion, but He gave us the spirit of love, power, and a sound mind. He gave us a way to make good choices and escape evil. When you have peace about your decision, you can be confident God is leading you. When we love God and others, we do our very best for them. God gives us wisdom to make good choices, to help others, and to please Him.
