Welcome to the third portion of our BEMA Liturgy plan. This reading plan seeks to help you slow down, form groups around Scripture, and live out the life Jesus has called us to. We hope you've gone through Parts A and B with a group and continue this journey with them to study, pray, and worship. BEMA Liturgy I — Part C

The Psalms were sung, prayed, and memorized by Jesus. They were a resource for Him and should be for us.  While this Plan works best as a resource for Lent, it may be used in any season of life.

Shame is an emotion that can rob us of our true identity, causing us to settle for less than God intended when ignored. It can pressure us to be dissuaded from the abundant life God promised us. This 5-day plan presents strategies for identifying, confronting, and releasing the shackles of shame.

You can believe God to use you significantly or you can settle for self-focused mediocrity. But you can’t do both. It’s time to take a risk. In this five-day study, we’re going to see how God does some of His most significant work through risk-takers. We’ll look at the example of Joshua to see what steps we can take toward faithful risk-taking.


Taking Risks

This fourth devotional in the “Fear of the Lord” series expands on the connection between the fear of God and the resulting obedience to His word. As you immerse yourself in the chronological sequence of biblical events, we pray that you'll discover the continuous thread of God's presence throughout history. And that as you set aside time daily to read His Word, you will become more Christlike and be encouraged in your faith.
