Purpose

The key to a nation is a generation. If we lose the next generation we lose the nation. Each generation must have truth. Truth is in short supply in our world today. Young people–all people!–need God's truth. Over the next few day we will be examining several key Bible passages that give truth for youth. All scripture quotations are taken from the Authorized Version (KJV).


Truth for Youth

In the Bible, we see that through ‘Great Adventurers’ God has changed the world that they live in for good. God can take even the seemingly bad things and turn them for good. We will follow the footsteps of these ‘Great Adventurers’ and see how God, through their boldness, changed the world around them! This week we‘re looking at the story of Moses and our memory verse in Matthew 19:26.

Great Adventurers (Week 1) 

We live in a short-term society in which we are getting further and further away from ourselves and our origins. This reading plan will make you think about the world you live in and how you might relate to it. It is a strategic approach that contributes to a thorough preparation for the spiritual battle that takes place around us.

There are three lies about work and calling that are so pervasive today, they often go unchecked: 1) You can be anything you want to be; 2) You can do everything you want to do; 3) Your happiness is the primary purpose of work. This plan will look to Scripture to refute these lies and replace them with biblical truths.
