“Desire”

Have you been aware of the fact that you are allowed to delight yourself in the Lord? We don’t have to be afraid of him or have to hide or run away. We have the privilege of delighting ourselves in the Lord. How beautiful! I think that we often forget about this.

We grumble, are selfish, and forget that there is our Lord who tells us to take one simple step. It doesn’t say: “Do everything you can, don’t have fun and forget about everything you wanted to do in your life, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Our God is a God who loves to give. And the things He asks us to do are only for our best.
