Esther: A 10-Day Reading PlanBeispiel

This isn’t the first time—nor will it be the last—that evil plots have been hatched against God’s people. The first plot happened way back in the garden of Eden, instigated by the evil serpent, and they’ve been happening ever since. Will evil win? Sometimes it sure looks that way. Evil seems to triumph while God seems far off and hidden. But God is always present, and he always has a plan.
Reflection:
What gives you confidence when evil seems to triumph, as it does in Esther’s story right now? Maybe you’ve experienced rejection or loss because you identify with God and his people. What can strengthen your faith when this happens?
