Evil seems to triumph while God seems far off and hidden. But God is always present, and he always has a plan.

What gives you confidence when evil seems to triumph, as it does in Esther’s story right now? Maybe you’ve experienced rejection or loss because you identify with God and his people. What can strengthen your faith when this happens?
