Zákon je jako lakmusový papírek, který nám pomáhá poznat, že děláme (myslíme) něco špatného. Někdo nám to říct musí. Pak záleží na naší reakci. Povznést se nad zákon znamená, porozumět, k čemu ty všechny přikázání a nařízení jsou dobrá. Povzneste se nad Zákon, abyste se dokázali žít lehce a klidně.

Tento plán pomohl inspirovat trenér basketbalistů Tennessee Volunteers Rick Barnes. Athletes in Action s ním spolupracovali na rozhovoru o tom, jak je důležité zkrotit svůj jazyk. To je pro křesťanské trenéry a sportovce velmi důležité pochopit. Myšlenky z tohoto čtyřdenního plánu budou fungovat při tréninku, zápasech nebo v životě a pomohou vám žít v tomto světě čestně.

Workaholism and constant busyness are often applauded in our world, and it can be a challenge to rest. In order to execute our roles and plans effectively, we must learn to rest or we will have nothing left to contribute to those we love and to the goals we’ve set. Let’s spend the next five days learning about rest and how we can incorporate what we've learned into our lives.
