30 Days to Confident Faith

ڕۆژی26 لە 30

Devotional:
This raw, honest cry came from a desperate father seeking healing for his demon-possessed son. He had brought his child to Jesus’ disciples, but they couldn’t deliver him. By the time he stood before Jesus, his faith was mingled with frustration and doubt. Instead of pretending to have it all together, he brought his unbelief to Jesus—and Jesus met him there with compassion and power.

This moment reminds us that faith doesn’t mean never questioning or struggling. God isn’t intimidated by your doubts. In fact, this man’s honesty became the doorway to his miracle. Jesus healed the boy, proving that His power is not limited by the size of our faith but by His willingness to meet us where we are.

We live in a world that often tells us to hide our doubts, but Scripture shows us the opposite. The Psalms are filled with raw prayers of confusion and pain, yet they also overflow with faith. Bringing your doubts to God is a sign of trust—it means you believe He’s big enough to handle them.

Like this father, you can pray, “Lord, I believe… but help my unbelief.” He will meet you there and strengthen your faith.

Thought to Ponder:
What doubts or questions have I been afraid to bring to God?

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for meeting me in my weakness and doubt. Help me to bring my questions honestly to You and trust that You are faithful, even when I don’t understand everything. Amen.
