If you want a true purpose for your life, determine to go after Jesus by following Him wherever He leads.

✍️ Devotional Thought
Matthew was sitting in his tax booth when Jesus called him. Tax collectors were despised, yet Jesus looked at Matthew and said two words that changed everything: “Follow Me.” Immediately, Matthew rose, left it all behind, and followed Him.

That’s what following Jesus looks like. It’s not complicated, but it is costly. It means saying yes when He calls, even if it interrupts your plans. It means surrendering your own agenda for His greater purpose.

Purpose is not found in possessions, careers, or accomplishments. True purpose is found in Jesus. He knows you better than you know yourself, and His call will always lead to the life you were made for.

You may not be sitting at a tax booth, but Jesus is still calling you. The question is—will you rise and follow Him?
