Have you ever felt like the Israelites in Exodus 14: caught between a rock and a hard place? A pursuing army on one side and an uncrossable sea on the other?

Maybe it is trying to pay rent, a difficult relationship, a job search, a diagnosis: there are moments in life when we feel that we face impossible situations. But God can create roads where none existed before! Impossible things are only impossible until God makes a way through. The key is to remain steadfast, maybe with shaking knees, but knowing the God who can do anything is on your side!

What is your impossible thing this week? Today, position your heart in faith before God, confident that He knows the way through even when you don’t.

Father, thank You that You already have a solution for my impossible situation. You already see the road through the sea. Today, I trust Your ability to do the impossible. Amen.
