Why do you think Christians gather together at church? I believe one of the purposes is to give glory, honor and praise to God for who He is and what He has done in our lives. Unity does not mean we all have the same preferences but rather it is oneness of purpose in Christ. Our unity is vital in being a true witness and testimony to the world that peace, love, joy, forgiveness, salvation and eternal life come only through being united to Jesus Christ. As we go about our day, remember that individually we are a single drop of rain, but together we are an ocean that covers the world with God’s love.
